Resolution 8508 RESOLUTION NO. 8508
JHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has been advised that GRISMAN THEATRICALS CORP. desires to lease
the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium for
the purposes of a concert by Sammy Kaye on January 1'5, 1954 and
a concert by Guy Lombardo on March 3, 1954, and
JHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
JHERLAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar -:ith the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to autho-
rize the execution of said lease agreement,
NOW, THEEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above describe° lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is here-
by authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertaken therein by the City.
