Resolution 8515 RESOLUTION NO. 8515
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That all withdrawals of funds from that certain
City of Miami Beach account in The Mercantile
National Bank of Miami Beach designated "City of Miami Beach
Auditorium Trust Account" shall be upon regular City of
Miami Beach checks, designated "City of Miami Beach Auditorium
Trust Account", each bearing two signatures, as follows :
By C. D. Ritter, Auditorium Manager,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
by Elizabeth C. Dougherty, Secretary.
Countersigned by
Harry D. Smith, Box Office Treasurer,
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason,
by Elizabeth C. Dougherty, Secretary.
SECTION 2. That a certified copy of this resolution be furnished
The Mercantile National Bank of Miami Beach.
