RESOLUTION NO. 8523
,JHEREAS, the city Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
, Florida" so as to include in the "BA" Business District, as
said district is set forth and defined in said Ordinance, those
certain parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Florida, des-
cribed as follows, to-wit:
Lots Two (2) and Three (3) of Block Twenty-
nine (29) of Fisher's First Subdivision of
Alton Beach, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 2, page 77 of the
public records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 7th day of
October, A. D. 1953, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. , in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall of Miami Beach, Florida, for the
consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing, by publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section
21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
