RESOLUTION N0. 8543
.1HEREAS, the City Council is considering amending Ordi-
nance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida" so that no rear yard will
be required on Lots 1 to 22, inclusive, and Lots 63 to 82,
inclusive, of Block 10 of Ocean Side Section, Isle of iormandy,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, page
60 of the public records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVJ D by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the lith day
of November , a. D. 1953, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. ,
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the consideration of said amendment.
BE 12 FURTEJR RESOLVED, chat the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing , by publishing notice
thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circula-
tion in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with
Section 21 of Ordinance flo. 289 of said City.
