Resolution 8556 RESOLUTION NO. 8556
WHEREAS, EDEN-JEROME CORP . , a New York Corporation
has by written instrument dedicated to the perpetual use of
the City of Miami Beach and to the public for the street and
alley purposes, that certain parcel of land situate in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit :
The southerly five (5 ) feet of Lots
3 and 4 of Block 55 of ORCHARD SUB-
' DIVISION NOS. 2 and 3, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 8, at page 116, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that
it would be for the best interest of said City to acquire
the easement so dedicated,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said dedication
be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of October, A. D. 1913 .
