RESOLUTION NO. 8557
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach has , since September 11,
1953, occupied offices 301 to 308, inclusive, in the Harvey
Building situated at 14th Street on .Iashington Avenue, Miami
Beach, Florida, and
WHEREAS, such occupancy was informally authorized by the
City Council, and
WHEREAS, a written lease has been prepared covering said
occupancy with the terms of which the City Council is familiar.
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized to execute said lease in the
name of and on behalf of said City.
