RESOLUTION NO. 8558
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-525 SR-525
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-525 The laying underground of a twelve ( 12) inch, ten
(10) inch, and eight (8) inch terra cotta sanitary
sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the southerly curb line of Island Ave-
nue south of. Bridge Road from Bridge Road at the
easterly end of Belle Isle to Lot 10 Amended Plat
of Belle Isle ; at or near the northerly curb line
of Island Avenue north of Bridge Road from Bridge
Road on the east to Bridge Road on the west.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral to each fifty (50) feet of abutting pro-
perty, as a part of the main improvement.
As said -;venue, Road, Lot and Subdivision are shown
'on Plat recorded in Plat Book Five (5) , Page Seven-
teen ( 17) ; Plat Book Forty-One (41 ) , Page Sixty
Eight (68) ; P7At Book Forty-Two 42) , Pages Ninety-
Two(92) and One Hundred (100); and Plat Book Fifty-
Three (53) , Page Twenty-Four (24) of the Public
Records of Dade County , Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys ; the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates , the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services , abstracts , etc. , and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost
of such improvement is hereby designated as District SR-525 and is
described as follows:
Lots 11, 12, 13 , 36, 39, 40, 41, 42, and 45 of the
Amended Plat of Belle Isle , as per Plat recorded in
Plat Book 5, Page 11 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida; Tracts C, E, and W of Belle Isle
Southeast, as per Plat recorded in Plat Book 53, at
Page 24, of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida.

This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-525, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-525.
