Resolution 8563 RESOLUTION NO. 8563
dHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
been advised that the University of Miami desires to lease the
premises and facilities of the Miami Beach auditoriui for the
purpose of the 1973-1954 Jinter symphony concert series , and
dHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the Audi-
torium Manager and approved as to form by the City .- ttorney,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is fa-
miliar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to autho-
rize the execution of said lease agreement.
NOW, THERrFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of Miami
Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
