Resolution 8567 RESOLUTION NO . 8567
WHEREAS Matilda H. Ratner, the owner of Lot 5, Block 10, of
BISCAYNE BEACH SUBDIVISION has offered to sell said land to the
City of Miami Beach, Florida for the sum of „p7, 750.00 subject to
the terms and conditions set forth in the written agreement which
the City Attorney has prepared, with the terms of which the City
Council is familiar, and
f1HEREAS, the City Council deems it to be to the best interest
of said City to accept said offer and to purchase said lane_ at
said price and upon said terms and conditions ,
NO01, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
BE IT FURTID R RESOLVED that the disbursing officers of the
City are, and they are hereby ordered and directed to make such
expenditures as are calledfor by the terms of said agreement out
of the funds of the City available for such purpose.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, A. D. 1953.
