Resolution 8569 RESOLUTION NO. 8569
4HEREAS an Agreement has been prepared by the terms of
which the City of pliami Beach employs Donald G. Smith and Irvin
Korach to perform professional services in connection with the
structure to be erected by the City of Miami Beach and to be
known as "die forth Shore Park Pre-School Building" , and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of
' said agreement and deems it to be to the best interest of the
City to enter into such agreement ,
NUJ, `I'H-:BEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
said agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this Lith day of November, A. D. 1953 .
