SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEIViENT DISTRICT
SR-5241. SR-524
BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAII BEACH,FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-524 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the westerly curb line of Hawthorne
Avenue from Seventy-seventh (77th) Street to a
point at or near the southerly line of Block
Nineteen (19) , Biscayne Point.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral to each fifty (50) feet of abutting property
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Street, Avenue, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 14, at Page
35 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Hawthorne Avenue is named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of prelim-
inary andother surveys ; the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing
and publication of notices and proceedings, the Preparation of bonds, in-
terest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work here-
in provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front
foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of such
improvement is hereby designated as District SR-524, and is described as
follows :
Lots 1 to 7 inclusive, Block 19, Biscayne Point,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
14, rage 35 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-524, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SR-524.
