RESOLUTION NO . 8575
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No . 289, common-
ly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida" and the maps attached thereto and made a part there-
of so that there shall be included in 'ABB" Business District,
as said District is set forth and defined in said Ordinance,
that certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, described as follows, to-wit :
Lot One (1 ) of Block Eleven (11 ) of ISLAND
VIEW SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book o , at
page 115 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida; except the southerly 57
feet of the westerly 35 feet thereof .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a public hearing be and
the same is hereby called to be held on the 16th day of December
1953 at 3:30 o 'clock P .M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall
at Miami Beach, Florida for the consideration of said amendment .
Be it further RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time
and place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof
in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of general circulation in said
City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of November A.D. 1953 .
