SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED EEY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City C harteo:
SK-177 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk adjacent to the
property line on the east side of Meridian Avenue
from the southerly line of Lot Three (3 ), Block
Thirty-five (35) , northerly to a point approximately
twelve (12) feet southerly of the northerly line of
Lot Four ( .) , Block Thirty-five (35) , Amended Plat
of Golf Course Subdivision.
As said Meridian Avenue, Lots, block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page
26 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-l77, and is described
as follows :
Lots Three (3) and Four (4) , Block Thirty-five
(35) , Amended Plat of Golf Course Subdivision,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 6, at Page 26 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-177, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SK-177.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th DAY OF November,
A.D. 1953.
