Resolution 8604 RESOLUTION NO. 8604
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been prepared by the
terms of which the City of Miami Beach employs Donald
G. Smith and Irvin Korach to perform professional
services in connection with the erection of a Recreation
Building in Tatum Waterway Park, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the
terms of said agreement and deems it to be to the best
interest of the City to enter into such agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the said agreement in the name of
and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of December, A. D.
1953.
