SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENTS SK-165, SK-169 DISTRICTS SK-165,
and SK-170 SK-169 & SK-170
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o' clock A. M4 , December
16 , A. D. 1953 it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16ti-day of December,
A. D. 19 53.
