4H.r1ttEAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach has
been advised that the MAHI TEMPLE A.A.O.N.M.S desires to lease
the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium for
the purpose of a Shrine Ceremonial on November 30, 1953, and
.1HEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the Audi-
torium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney,
and
WHh.liEAS, the City Council has been advised of and is fa-
miliar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be to the best interest of the City to autho-
rize the execution of said lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVt,ll by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
above described lease agreement on behalf of. the City of Miami
Beach, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions
undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of December, A. D. 1953.
