Resolution 8622 RESOLUTION NO . 8622
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida is considering amending Ordinance No . 289, common-
ly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida" so that in cabarets, as defined therein,
entertainment shall be permitted between the hours of
Midnight and 2:00 o 'clock A.M. on days other than Sunday,
in addition to the hours during which such entertainment
is otherwise permitted by Ordinance .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that a public hear-
ing be and the same is hereby called to be held on the
3rd day of March, 1954 at 10:00 o 'clock A.M. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida
for the consideration of said amendment .
Be it further RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice
of the time, place and object of said hearing by publish-
ing notice thereof in the Florida Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
