Resolution 8629 T qq RESOLUTION NO. 86�9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, deems it to be necessary for the welfare of said City and the in- habitants thereof, to acquire, for public park purposes, those certain parcels of land situate, lying and being in Miami Beach Dade County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as numbered parcels and described as f ollows,to-wit: PARCEL NO. 1 Lots 10 and 11 of The Indian Beach Corporation' s Sub- division, according to the Amended Plat thereof re- corded in Plat Book 8, page 61 of the public records of Dade County, Florida, together with all water privileges and riparian rights appurtenant thereto upon the Atlantic Ocean; and Also that strip of land lying between Collins Avenue and Indian Creek, the Northerly boundary line of which is the Northerly line of said Lot 11 produced Westerly to Indian Creek, and the Southerly boundary line of which is the Southerly line of said Lot 10, produced Westerly to Indian Creek, together with riparian rights and water privileges appurtenant thereto. PARCEL NO. 2 Lot 12 of The Indian Beach Corporation' s Subdivision, according to the Amended Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 61 of the public records of Dade County, Florida, together with all water privileges and ri- parian rights appurtenant thereto upon the Atlantic Ocean; and Also that strip of land lying between Collins Avenue and Indian Creek, the Northerly boundary line of which is the Northerly line of said Lot 12, extending Westerly to Indian Creek, and the Southerly boundary line of which is the Southerly boundary line of Lot 12 extending Easterly to Indian Creek, together with all riparian rights and water privileges appurtenant thereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND DECLARED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it is necessary that the fee simple title to all of the above described property be acquired for development, use and maintenance for public park purposes for the benefit of said City and the inhabitants thereof, and that the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized and directed to insti- tute the necessary legal proceedings in the name of said City in the exercise of its rights of eminent domain for the condemnation of said property for public park purposes.
