Resolution 8561 RESOLUTION NO. 8561
WHEREAS, W. E. (Jerry) Girard has requested a one (1 )
year extension of the rights and privileges which he now
has by virtue of a written agreement with the City to oper-
ate the food and beverage concession at The Normandy Shores
Golf Course, and
WHEREAS, the agreement under which he is now operating
will expire on October 1, 1953, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement by
the terms of which such rights and privileges to operate the
food and beverage concession at The Normandy Shores Golf Course
are granted unto said W. E. ( Jerry) Girard for the term of one
(1 ) year beginning October 1, 1953, the City Council being
familiar with the terms of said agreement .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the said agreement in the name of and on behalf
of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of November, A. D.
1953.
