HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-370 DISTRICT H-370
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter of
said City, that at a meeting of said City Council to be held
at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , January 20, A. D. 1954, it would hear
any objections of persons interested in or affected by the above
designated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement, as com-
pleted, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of January, A. D. 1954.
