Resolution 8646 RESOLUTION NO. 8646
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
'?each has been advised that the W011S DIVI _;10N OF THE
GREATER iIAMI JEWISH FEDERATION desires to lease the
premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium
for the purpose of a Luncheon on March 15, 1954; and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared
by the Auditorium Pian. ager and approved as to form by the
City Attorney; a-id
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease
agree ent and deems it to be to the best interest of the
City to authorize the execution of said lease agreement;
TOW, THEREFORE, DE IT `RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the above described lease agreement on behalf
of the City of Miami Peach, and that the Auditorium Manager
is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect
the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20thday of Jaiurry, A.D. 1954.
