Resolution 8647 RESOLUTION N O. 8647
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of "I,aiami
Beach has been advised that the ZOLLNER MACHINE WORKS, iNC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Auditorium for the purpose of a Professional Basketball
Ga ,e on March 8, 1954; end
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City
Attorney.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and
is familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease
agreement and deems it to be to the best interest of the
City to authorize the execution c ' said lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the MaTor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the a. ove described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, and that the Aud.Ltorium Manager is hereby
authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and
provisions undertar en therein by the City.
