BE IT RESOLVM BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MUM: BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o' clock A. I;I. , February 3rd,
, A. D. 1954 it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
q.s completed, he and the same is hereby accepted.
