A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN IMPROVEMENT.
WHITEWAY
IMPROVEMENT WW-119 DISTRICT WW-119
WHEREAS, Whiteway Improvement WW-119,
District WW-119 , has been complete;: and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by the City Manager
and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meriting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on February 17, A. D. 9
19 54, at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons interested
in or affected by the said improvement as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of February,
A. D. 19 54.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City

, A. D. 19 54 it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
