Resolution 8669 RESOLUTION NO. 8669
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" and the map attached thereto and
made a part thereof, so as to include in the "Two-Story
Cabana District" as said district is set forth and
defined in said Ordinance, that certain parcel of land,
situated in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described
as follows, to wit:
Lot "A" of INDIAN BEACH CORPORATION'S
SUBDIVISION'.; according to the amended
plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8,
Page 61 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 17th
day of March, 1954, at 11:00 o'clock A. M. , in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the
consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be
and he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days
notice of the time, place and object of said hearing
by pu")lishing notice thereof in the MIAMI BEACH SUN,
a newspaper of general circulation in said City.
