Resolution 8686 RESOLUTION NO. 8686
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, that that certain plat designated:
"KERR & WILLIAMS SUBDIVISION, being a
Resubdivision of Block 19, Biscayne Point,
Miami Beach, Dade County Florida, Kerr
& Williams, Inc. , owners
prepared by Zurwelle-Whittaker, Incorporated, of Miami Beach,
Florida, under date of February 10, 1954, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the following dedication contained on said
plat is hereby accepted and approved:
"Kerr & Williams, Inc. hereby dedicates a
strip of land five (5) feet wide off the
south side of Lot 7 and the north side of
Lot 8 as shown by dotted lines for the use
of the City of Miami Beach or any utility company
having a franchise from said City for the purpose
of installing and maintaining public utilities,
including pipe lines, wire lines and poles,
overhead or underground. Hawthorne Avenue and
77th Street as shown, together with all future
and existing planting, trees and shrubbery thereon,
are hereby dedicated to the perpetual use of the
public for proper purposes, reserving to the said
Kerr & Williams, Inc. , its successors or assigns,
the reversion or reversions thereof whenever
discontinued by law. "
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of March, A. D. 1954
