Resolution 8692 RESOLUTION NO. 8692
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolution No. 8602, passed and adopted on the
2nd day of December, 1953, ordered the construction of
Sidewalk Improvement SK-178, and
WHEREAS Resolution No. 8605, passed and adopted on
the 16th day of December, 1953, confirmed the above mentioned
resolution ordering construction of Sidewalk Improvement
SK-178, and
WHEREAS, said improvement has been abandoned,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said Resolution
No. 8602, ordering said Sidewalk Improvement SK-178, and
Resolution No. 8605, confirming said Resolution No. 8602
ordering said improvement, be and the same are hereby rescinded
and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, A. D. 1954.
