Resolution 8696 RESOLUTION NO. 8696
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida deems it to be to the best interest of the
City to enter into an agreement with ROBERT J. REIDY for
the use, during the baseball season of 1954, of the play-
ing field and equipment and appurtenances in Flamingo
Park, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agree-
ment providing for such use, the members of the City Council
being familiar with the terms thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute this
agreement in the name of and on behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April, A. D.
1954 .
