Resolution 8699 RESOLUTION NO. 8699
WHEREAS, after due notice, on the 11th day
of February, 1954, bids were opened for the furnishing of
prepared meals for the prisoners of the City of Miami Beach
during the ensuing year, and
WHEREAS, FRANK D. DILLARD, the owner and
operator of DILLARD' S RESTAURANT, was the successful
bidder, and
'' HEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an
agreement between the Cityand the said '
' RAiNd D. DILLARD,
which contains the teizns of the specifications which were
the basis for said bids, the City Council being familiar with
the terms of said agreement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BAY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIME BEACH, FLORIDA, That the
Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized
to execute said agreement in the name of and on behalf of
said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April,
1954.
