BE IT RESOLV73D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o' clock A. M. , on April
21st , A. D. 1954, it would hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the above desig-
nated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April,
