Resolution 8729 RESOLUTION NO. 8729
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" and the maps attached thereto and
made a part thereof, so that there shall be included in
the "RE ' Multiple Family District and in an appropriate
area district those certain parcels of land situate in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida and described as fol-
lows, to-wit :
Lots 1 to 5 inclusive, of
INDIAN BEACH CORPORATION'S
SUBDIVISION, according to
the plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 8 , page
bl , of the Public
Records of Dade County,
Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that a public
hearing be and the same is hereby called to be held on
June 2, 1954 at 10:30 o 'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida for the consideration of
said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be
and he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15 ) days notice
of the time, place and object of said hearing by public
notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a news-
paper of general circulation in said City.
