Resolution 8741 RESOLUTION NO. 8741
WHEREAS the City of Miami Beach has hei°etofore entered
into an a; reement dated July 30, 1 ;53, by the terms of which
FRANK B. BRICKMAN was employed for the ter of one (1) year
commencing July 23, 1953; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to enter
into a similar agreement for the ensuing year; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
between the parties for said additional year, the City
Council being familiar with the terms thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the said a;r reement in the name of and on behalf
of the said City.
