Resolution 8746 RESOLUTION NO. 8746
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, com-
monly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida" so that there shall be included in the
"RE" Multiple Family District and in an appropriate area
district those certain parcels of land situate in Miami
Beach, Dade County, Florida, and described as follows,
to-wit:
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 7; and that
portion of the "Bridle Path" lying easterly
of and adjacent to Lots 1, to 7, inclusive of
Block 7; and
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 8; all in GOLF COURSE
SUBDIVISION, according to the Amended Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, page 26
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on October 6,
1954, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida for the consideration of
said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
