Resolution 8749 RESOLUTION NO. 8749
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that the AMERICAN FINANCIAL
AND DEVELOPMENT CORFORAT: ON FOR ISRAEL desires to lease the
premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium for the
purpose of a Concert on June 28th, 1954; and
WHEREAS, a lease agrement has been prepared
by the Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the
City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease
agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of the
City to authorize the execution of said lease agrement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the above described lease agreement on
behalf of the City of Miami Leach, and that the Auditorium
Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect
the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
