Resolution 8764 RESOLUTION No. 876L WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been advised that the MIAMI LODGE, ORDER SONS OF ITALY IN AMERICA desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami Beach Auditorium for the purpose of a Columbus Day Pageant and Dance on October 9, 1954; and WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney; and WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to authorize the execution of said lease agreement; NOW, THEREL0ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Cler. . be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the City of Miami 13each, and that the Auditorium Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
