Resolution 8773 RESOLUTION NO. 8773
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is authorized by law to act for the said City and to expend
its funds for water works or sewerage systems; and
WHEREAS, said City Council aas before it the follow-
ing described Plans , to-wit:
Contract 89-SR, Sanitary Sewers, Park View
Island, City of Miami Beach, Florida, dated
August 1954
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida
State Board of Health for approval; and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to
said Florida State Board of Health for approval of said Plans .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby approve and
accept said Plans and tnat Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager, be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to submit for con-
sideration and approval to the Florida State Board of Health
the above-described Plans .
