Resolution 8775 RESOLUTION NO. 8775
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No . 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" so as to place in an Area District,
which will require a front yard having a depth of not less
than ten (10 ' ) feet, those certain parcels of land situate
in said City, described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 45 to 82, inclusive, of Block 10,
of OCEAN SIDE SECTION, ISLE OF NORMANDY,
according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 25, page 60, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on October 6, 1954
at 11:00 o 'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City .
