A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS
TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS
SK-179 and SK-180 and SK-181 SK-179 and SK-180 and SK-181
WHEREAS, Sidewalk Improvements SK-179 and
SK-180, SK-181 Districts SK-179 and SK-180, SK-181,
have been completed and acceptance of said improve-
ments recommended by the City Manager and the City
Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, .13E IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will
be held at 11 :00 o' clock A.M. on October 20,
A. D. , 195149 at the City Hall, at which time and place
said City Council will hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the said improvements as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of October,
