Resolution 8785 RESOLUTION NO. 8785
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida", so as to place in the "BA" Business
District, as said district is set forth and defined in said
Ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate in Miami
II Beach, Dade County, Florida described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 5 and 6 of Block 1; Lots 5, 6, 7
and 8 of Block 2; Lots 1, 2, 11 and 12
of Block 16; Lots 1 and 2 of Block 17;
all in Normandy Beach South, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 21, page 54 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on November 3, 1954
at 11:00 o 'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amend-
ments .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
