Resolution 8786 RESOLUTION NO. 8786
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, by Resolution No. 8700, passed and adopted on April 7 ,
1954, ordered the construction of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Im-
provement SL-29, and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 8708, passed and adopted on
April 21, 1954., confirmed the above-mentioned Resolution order-
ing the construction of Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement
SL-29, and
WHEREAS, said improvement has been abandoned,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said Resolution
No. 8700, ordering said Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement
SL-29, and the said Resolution No. 8708, confirming said
Resolution No. 8700, be and the same are hereby rescinded
and repealed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of October A.D. 1954.
