Resolution 8787 RESOLUTION No . 8787
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, hash by motion duly made and carried,
heretofore determined that the said City would extend for
an additional two years the agreement between the said
City on the one part and Gertrude Gleason and Geo . S . Zeko
dated the 5th day of November, 1952, which said agreement
granted to the said Gertrude Gleason and Geo . S. Zeko the
"Golf Driving Range Concession" ; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an extension
agreement, with the terms of which the City Council is
familiar;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be and they areihereby authorized and directed to
execute said extension agreement in the name and on behalf
of said City.
