Resolution 8791 RESOLUTION No. 8791
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Miami :each, Florida, is considering amending Ordinance
No. 289, commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida" so as to place in the "Two-
Story Cabana District" and in an appropriate Area District,
as said Area Districts re set forth and defined in said
Ordinance, the eastern portion of Lots 1 to 5 inclusive
of the Indian Beach Corporation' s Subdivision, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 61
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and so as
to place in an appropriate Area District the remainder
of said Lots 1 to 5 inclusive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that
a public hearing be a d the same is hereby called to be
held on October 27th, 19% at 10:000'clock A. M. in the
Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for
the consideration of said amendments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk
be and he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days
notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by
public notice thereof published in the Miami Beach Sun,
a newspaper of general circulatio in said City.
