Resolution 8802 RESOLUTION NO. 8802 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-346 H-346 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, met on October 20, 1954 , pursuant to the notice under Sections 29 and 30 of the Charter of the said City to hear all written cbjoctions to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll of Highway Improvement H-346 , District H-346 , by -.ny person whose property is described in said preliminary assessment roll, which roll was filed with said City Council on October 6, 1954, and WHEREAS, the City Council , having received no written objection3 ":fled to the confirmation of said preliminary assessment roll by any person whose property is described in said roll, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach.
