BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA :
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-1.66 A five (5) foot concrete sidewalk on the South
side of Seventy-fourth (714th) Street from
Ocean Terrace to a point approximately one hundred
sixty (160) feet west.
As said Street and Terrace are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) at Page
Four (4) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Seventy-fourth (74th) Street
and Ocean Terrace are named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare andto file with the
City Clerk, plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount tc be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
The property against which assessments are to be made for the cost of
such improvement is hereby designated as District SK-166, and is
described as follows :

All/the lots or parcels of land abutting on the
south side of Seventy-fourth (74th) Street and
lying between Ocean Terrace and a point at or
near one hundred sixty (160) feet west.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-166, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SK-1660
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF October, A.D. 1954•
