Resolution 8821 RESOLUTION No. 1_
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been advised that the Miami Edison High School
Class of 1955 desires to lease the premises and facilities of
the i Tiami Peach Auditorium for the purpose of a Senior Prom
on June 3, 1955; and
W::ERE'AS,a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium Manager and approved as to form by the City
Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of and is
familiar with the terms and provisions of said lease agreement
and deems it to be for the best interest of the City to authorize
the execution of said lease agreement;
NO 04 THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLILI,D by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above described lease agreement on behalf of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, az d that the Auditorium Manager
is hereby authorized and directed to carry into effect the
terms and provisions undertaken therein by the City.
