Resolution 8822 RESOLUTION NO. 8822
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida", so as to place in "BAAA" Business
District, as said District is set forth and defined in
said Ordinance, and in an Area District which does not
require front, side or rear yards, commonly known as
"set-backs", those certain parcels of land situate in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows,
to-wit :
Lot 6 and the north one-half of Lot 5,
Block 30 of FISHER'S FIRST SUBDIVISION OF ALTON BEACH,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 2, page 77, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on January 5,
1955 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers, City
Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give fifteen 115) days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper f
general circulation in said City.
