Resolution 8825 RESOLUTION NO. 8825
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida;' so as to include in the "BA" Business District, as
said district is set forth and defined in said Ordinance, those
certain parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Florida,
described as follows, to-wit :
Lots Two (2) and Three (3) of Block Twenty-
nine (29) of Fisher's First Subdivision of
Alton Beach, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 2, page 77 of the
public records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and the
same is hereby called to be held on the 27th day of December,
A.D. 1954, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. , in the Council Chambers in
the City Hall of Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration
of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days ' notice of the
time, place and ob.iect of said hearing, by publishing notice there-
of in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of general circulation
in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in conformity with Section
21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 8th day of December,A. D. 1954.
