Resolution 8834 RESOLUTION NO. 8834
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida is considering amending Ordinance No . 289,
commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida" , and the maps attached thereto and
made a part thereof, so as to include in "BB" Business
District, as said District is set forth and defined in
said Ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, ana described as fol-
lows, to-wit:
All of Block Twenty-Four (24) , OCEAN
BEACH ADDITION NO. 3, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2,
ii page 81 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on February 2, 1955
at 10:00 o 'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City .
