SUBJECT : PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2018/19 BUDGET DOCUMENTS
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to distribute the Proposed FY 2018/19
Budget documents .
These documents are consistent with the Commission direction given at the Finance & Citywide
Projects Committee (FCWPC) budget briefings held on June 8 , 2018, July 13 , 2018, July 20,
2018, and July 27 , 2018 , as well as the Commission Budget Workshop and Commission
meetings held on May 24 , 2018 and July 25 , 2018 , respectively .
The first public hearing on the Proposed FY 2018/19 Budget is scheduled on Wednesday,
September 12 , 2018 at 5:01 p.m . and the second public hearing is scheduled on Wednesday,
September 26, 2018 at 5 :01 p .m . Both hearings will be held in the City Commission Chambers
at 1700 Convention Center Drive , 3rd Floor, Miami Beach , Florida 33139.
