Resolution 8851 RESOLUTION NO. 8851
WHEREAS, the City Council is considering amend-
ing Ordinance No . 289, commonly known as "The Zoning Or-
dinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida" so as to
include in "BAA" Business District the easterly one hundred
seventeen (117) feet of that certain parcel of land situate
in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows,
to-wit :
Lot Three (3) and the south thirty-
seven and one-half (372) feet of
Lot Four (4) , Block 35 of GOLF COURSE
SUBDIVISION OF ALTON BEACH, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 6, page 26 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida; together with
a strip of land thirty (30) feet wide
marked "Bridle Path" lying adjacent
to and east of the aforesaid land;
except that part of said thirty (30)
foot "strip marked "Bridle Path ' lying
south of a line eighteen and three-
fourths (18 3/4) feet north of the
south line of Lot Three (3) projected
east .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on March 16, 1955 at
10:30 o 'clock A.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby directed to give fifteen (15) days notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by public notice
thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
